Colourful and Creative Kitchens

Tired of your unexciting kitchen? Maybe it's time to cheer it up with a redo. The Kitchen Exchange sent me this post that will provide you with the inspiration you need.

Add some playful colour with everybody's favourite building toy. The Parisian design duo Munchausen bought a ready-made kitchen island and covered it in 20,000 Lego bricks. It took a week of work (or play) to complete it.

Artist Liza Lou spent 5 years creating the Kitchen installation below covered in millions of glass beads, placing every single one separately with tweezers. (I posted it previously here)

Or you could yarn bomb yourself a new kitchen space like this one created by 50 artists at the Warwick Art Gallery in England. It's not very functional so you'd have a good argument for ordering take-out.
