Alchema is a kitchen countertop fermenter that can turn fruit into wine, cider or mead. I think I'd want to read the reviews on Wine Enthusiast before trying it but I must admit that my wine ears perked up when I read this. Oh, and forget the mead unless you're stuck in the Middle Ages.
