A Curious Paper Incident

The National Theatre partnered with the London Transport Museum and  paper artist Paper Dandy to create sculpture based on Mark Haddon's fabulous book The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time and the play that's based on it. The paper works depict Christopher's trip by subway to London. It is terrifying for him because he is autistic and the sensory stimulation overwhelms him.

Details such as the dog star constellation featured in the set design of the
show and the new London Night Tube logo were  included.
Curious Incident is one of my favourite books and I feel fortunate to have caught the play in London as well.
Here's a video of the artist talking about the project.
