“Orange Is the New Black” Pop-Up Diner

Netflix is transforming a Singapore restaurant into a prison mess hall to celebrate the fourth season of Orange is the New Black. The "Litchfield Penitentiary Cafeteria" pop up will feature food served on plastic prison trays and without utensils, while faux-prison guards roam the premises. Bjorn Shen, the owner of a local Middle-Eastern restaurant called Artichoke will be doing the cooking. And yes there will be Nutraloaf, a controversial food in American prisons that consists of mashed-up leftovers.

When our kids were little Mr. Nag sometimes served them a melange of mashed up vegetables he called "prison food". This led to many complaints at mealtimes.
