Marshall The Beer-Loving Pig Found Safe In Fort McMurray

A tough little beer-loving pig abandoned during the Fort McMurray evacuations has been found safe thanks to the help of Twitter and Facebook. His family was forced to flee the fires raging around them but could not fit him into the vehicle with family members and three dogs so they reluctantly left him behind. When the Alberta RCMP posted a photo on social media of a pig being fed watermelon the owner recognized the white tip on Marshall's tail.
Friends and animal custody will take care of the pig until his family can return.
