Kowloon Walled City was one of the world's most densely-populated settlements, but it was the stories of mayhem and mystery from the state-less city that intrigued filmmakers, architects and writers alike. The city was completely torn down in 1994. This short documentary from The Wall Street Journal, directed by Diana Jou, contains rare footage and documents never published before.
