Time-Lapse Video Of Worms Making Compost

This time-lapse video by graduate students Gregor Skoberne and Anže Rovanšek in Slovenia shows the process of vermicomposting. Watch as redworms turn food waste and other organic material into a nutrient-packed soil supplement over 20 days. Aprox. 2-3 cm (1inch) thick layers of compost and sawdust were topped with grass clippings.
