Baking Bread in Tajikistan

In Khatlon, Tajikistan a bread called non is baked in a clay oven called a tanur. The dough is molded into flat round circles, decorated with designs, covered in a mixture of salt and water, and slapped on the side of a tanur oven and baked at a high temperature.
