Joseph Cornell was a self taught American artist best known for his glass-fronted boxes into which he placed and arranged Victorian bric-a-brac, old photographs, dime-store trinkets, and other found elements creating exquisite miniature tableaux. I am fascinated by his work and was glad to come across this video.
