Stranded Orca Saved By Volunteers

An orca that was stranded on some rocks on the North Coast of B.C. was kept alive for eight hours by a team of whale researchers and volunteers until the tide came up and the whale was freed. The volunteers kept her cool by putting water on her. Once she was freed the whale rejoined her pod which was closeby.
