167 Theremin Players Perform Beethoven

This performance was recorded at the Jiyugakuen Myonichikan auditorium in Tokyo on 22 Jan. 2011. The 167 players are using single-oscillator theremins called Matryomins. They're contained inside a matryoshka dolls, also known as Russian nesting dolls.
