UK architect has 'answer' to love locks scourge

UK architect Colin Kovacs has come up with an attractive solution to the love locks scourge that threatened the integrity of the Pont des Arts bridge but Paris is set to install glass panels.

Kovacs says he is certain that vandals will graffiti over the panels, and has begun lobbying to get his voice heard in the hopes his balustrades will be put in place instead.

Shame on the tourists who caused this problem in the first place!
