Chef Turns Spring Fashions Into Tasty Art

Two star Guide Michelin chef Bjorn Frantzen took inspiration from the spring 2015 collections of Polo Ralph Lauren, Valentino, Chloe, and Diane Von Furstenberg to create art made of food. The pieces were built to full size before being photographed for a collaboration with Swedish department store Nordiska Kompaniet.
