Which Country's Men Do the Most Housework?

This is what the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development found when they looked at gender disparities in various nations.

  2. There is no way Canadian men, let alone women, spend over 1 hour per day on domestic duties.

  3. I think that depends on what constitutes housework. In a given week I spend at least an hour a day on domestic chores like laundry, cleaning up after meals, sweeping up cat hair, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the refrigerator and sorting garbage. Are domestic duties like cooking and grocery shopping considered housework? If they are part of the mix I probably spend at least two hours a day on housework. I have a big house and pets who create extra work.
