Henry River Mill Village,which was used as the Everdeens' hometown in the film, can be all yours—as long as you're willing to part with $1.4 million. The 72-acre North Carolina property had been vacant since 1987, but the film has put it on the map—hence the hefty price tag.
Apparently owner Wade Shepherd is tired of all the visitors.
